All IIT-Delhi full-time students in good standing, across all departments and disciplines are eligible. Teams do not need to be composed purely of such students, but only the students meeting these criteria will actually receive the award if their team wins.
Recipients of the award must be registered as students at the institute in at least one of the two semesters prior to the date of the award.
There is no limitation on the scope or focus of the project submitted. It does not need to be a part of curricular work, though project work done as part of the curriculum is completely eligible as well.
The project should be endorsed by at least two current faculty members at IIT Delhi. Their names must be submitted along with the project submission.
Replication of results already achieved by others is not eligible for the award.
How to submit?
Submissions are made only through the submission form at this website.
Submissions must be made only when the submission window is open and before the final submission date for that academic year.
The final materials of the project (report, prototypes, demos, presentations) must be submitted if they are requested by the 'Final submission due' date.
Please expect to be contacted and scheduled for an in-person presentation. The tone of these presentations is relatively informal, but you must be punctual and bring any demos or prototypes with you.
